    I need this quickly in less than 8 hours, IF you can do this for me for me quickly, the work is yours, you just message me, i will send the PSD template, you slice it for me in HTML . It is a newsletter, so it is not that difficult.

    yes i can do it and also can add to you css effects if you want and also can apply it to any php files you have
    with no much increase in price and payment after work 100% done and via pp too.
