    needs to have the same feel as the entire website. Libertarianism. And needs to say something like "Libertarians, Voice your opinions! Post on the Forum" Underneath in smaller text
    Comments... Questions... & Political Discussion!

    Its going to fit into the Joomla script. Ontop of every article / Page. An extra graphical way to advertise the forums attached to the site. Needs to fit layout! Thats key!
