    I'm also offering my service for $10 per hour. I'm expert in php , java script, graphics , animation , vb , etc.. any thing related in web & computer. My service charge is $10 per hour. If you want me to hire for whole project pm me we can discuss about that.

    He currently says he cannot work and will not even provide a quote. This is because "he has too many clients". Sounds fishy to me.
