$.10 paypal payments not appearing in account when I receive them.

So paypal lists all these payments of $0.11-$0.01 to my account. However since the amount is so low, I am seeing them in my account history.. but my account is staying at $0.00. Can someone help me figure out how to receive them. Do I need to upgrade my PayPal account or something?

    Thank you.

Paypal fees are something like .25 + 2.5% for every transaction so if you are receiving .10 then paypal will take all of it as fee

Consider MicroPayments fee structure. Its still $0.06 at minimum transaction fees.

Even if you use MicroPayments, you are still paying 60% in fees.
You could consider making your user pay like $1 and then use your services more times.
