Selling 10 Niche Travel Websites --> 36 000 uniques/month, 100% unique content, 3 500$

I am selling 10 highly SEO niche travel websites with many potential revenue sources. These websites were built for the long run, but I have another project that took off about 6 months ago, and I want to stay focus and work only on one project.

Be assured, these websites are SEO to the bone! And all you read here is true, unhyped, just the plain facts.

I invested over 5 000$ of my money in content creation from a well known freelance copywriter. I also spent lots of money on quality article marketing (writing & submission). The websites have some first page rankings, all the traffic generated is purely from search engines, nothing else has been setup.

Note: Unlike others who mentions revenues... I won't get into that, but it's pretty easy to get 500$ sales from 500$ investment in Adsense, and shine the website like it's making money.

That being said, I'm also including a very nice paid travel directory (PR2). Built on the phpld code, custom designed theme, definitely one of the nicest travel directory around! Different packages with/without deep-links...

So, 10 travel websites/blogs + 1 travel directory. There's a lot you can do with that!​

This website directory is also an article directory, meaning people can add their travel related articles and give you regular free content. You can charge for the articles if you want. But I kept it free, and I put the directory subscriptions to 6$/9$/12$/15$ per years, and 50$ lifetime. You can easily change all that info from the admin section.

The travel niche is clearly one of the biggest niche around. There are lots of medium/long tail keywords available and thousands of affiliate programs, quality CPA offers to promote. The whole package really opens a wide range of possible revenues (even more if your a little creative!)

Travel Websites:

• All built on the latest Drupal CMS (by far the best SEO platform)
• All are built on the same Drupal core (only one Drupal installation, modules... very fast for maintenance and upgrades)
• All have 100% unique, quality content, search engine optimized, written by well known copywriter
• All the SEO modules are configured and automated

• Many pages ranked on first page of Google/Yahoo/Bing for many keywords (flight related, country related...)
• All websites have about 1k quality backlinks (mostly from article marketing)

Traffic:
Total traffic for the 10 sites is 36 000 uniques per month, mainly from the US and Canada. All have around 3000 uniques, except one who's got 7 500 uniques per month, and another that's got 4 700 uniques per month.


Revenues:
I get some revenues from different sources: flight bookings, Adsense, affiliate or CPA banners, link selling... Nothing too impressive, maybe 100$/month. But, I Never got to monetizing these websites!
