Contest $10 NGO logo - With Feedback

Hello guys, Im going to pay 10$ via PayPal for the best logo that can be offered to me here for my NGO.

Its important to note that by logo i mean something like a crest that football teams have and all, And not a big logo with text etc. Text can be there but it shouldn't be all there is.

Anyways, I want something preferably circular (your free to differ though), Colors should be around #668a2a and #4b6b15 - The logo is for a Pakistani Non-Governmental Organization called "The Pakistan Revolution" - It targets the youth (14-21), hence the logo should be modern and appealing, Web 2.0 - But nothing too fancy, it should still look like something for a Professional NGO.

If you want to add text you can add The Pakistan Revolution or TPR, its suggested you add a flag of Pakistan, however make sure its not just a flag cut in circular shape with text there, Looking for something professional, Hopefully it'll be a good competition

I will need an editable version of the Logo too, if you win.
The logo will be published on merchandise, the website, social groups, and other places.
However, I reserve the right to not choose a winner (very very unlikely)

The Star and Crescent look a little out of sync, And maybe remove a little spotlight from the text ?

For everyone: Heres a suggestion for the text if your confused, Maybe you can just add "The Pakistan Revolution" under the crest? Its completely your choice though, but i just dont want too much emphasis on the text, more focus on other stuff

@S-Tan: I like the idea and execution except the colors, which really dont go with the ones i specified.. Hope you'll enter with an edited version
@oliv3r: Your second one is my favorite so far! But can you change the "organization" text to : "Be the Change" And add a little shadow to the text?
@ldigital: I like the second one as it appeals, but it looks a little rash, Maybe make it more Web 2.0?

Oliver, i really like it, but can you remove the stars in the inner circle? the golden ones in the outer circle look good, but the inner ones seem over-used other then that its great
