I have submitted my website to all 10. Nice to see different colours used! One thing though, I did find the Google Ads annoying, they might be better placed below the directory.

That is true, I myself did find it a bit annoying.

 

Thank you for letting me know, I appreciate the feedback. Yes, these directories are based on colors, so we thought we'd experiment a little. As for google ads, it is still new and we are just experimenting with placements. We have it in this place for now, but will change it in the process of CTR testing. We may even replace it with something like adbrite later to test things out.
Sorry for being annoying, but as a moderator of http://www.easysubmits.com , I find about 50% of directories going down within the first year of existence. I am pretty sure it is due to a lot of work of manual reviews and a low return.

 

Thank you. Would you rather have full-page adbrite ads or google ads at the place where it is at now? What would be the preferred placement for you? Please let us know your ideas.

Thanks for the list. But all the domains are hosted on same IP. Not very beneficial to submit 1 website in all the directories.

 

Hi, yes, we use the same host for the sites. Since you only get 1 link from each of the directory, it should help as even 10 regular site links are better than 1. Besides, as people link to different directories, some may end up having higher pr while the other have 0, so the site should benefit from the better directories.

 

Hehe, yeah, I personally hate full page ads too, but just trying to see how much weight ad placement has on directories. We have some other directories that are 3-4 year old, but making 10 cents a day from the site where ads are not seen much is waste of hosting.

We approve daily... Got really slammed on the second day and still trying to catch up. The average waiting time is about 3 days.
