    I need a logo to change the old one.
    The website looks like this:

    http://img835.imageshack.us/img835/9958/dreamstudio.png

    The logo has to match the colours of the website.
    I like the font that is used in this one, so it can be very similar.
    The colour can be that grey and parts of it can be blue (like the blue button).

    The size is:
    277x71 px

    It should say:

    Premium Effect . com

    and a subline:

    Online Advertising Services

    If you prefer to put some graphics instead of the text on its own, then it's perfectly fine. It should be simple and creative (as for advertising company).

    I will require a PSD format of the logo as well.

    Payment for the winner is $10 by Paypal.

    Hey, I really like this one. Could you please make little changes:

    - use this colour #9b58a8 instead of pink (all the parts that you made pink)
    - move Online Advertising Services a little bit down
