I need a logo that will represent the site at the very top, standing sole and proud.

I need a logo that will let viewers see the sites boldness.

It is a falcon with 'JA' (Letters, JA) encorporated into it somehow.

It seems a bit choppy for some reason. I see the bird is flying. I am not trying to discourage others with doing this, but the falcon would seem better at a stop. Black, Red, White.. Fix these things first, then just ask for comments again. Good day.

Second one.. did you make that falcon? If so.. Make it more logo like, less realistic. Get that JA in there better. Throw some gloss here and there.
