$10 Logo Contest [2 Days] Payment through Paypal

Hi There,

I am hoping to pay the winner of this contest $10 for designing a new logo for my website www.followtwitter.net. The website is a Twitter related website and is a modification of the standard twitter-trains. I am going to redesign the layout so please be imaginative with your concepts, try not to base your logo on the current layout.

I would prefer if the logo had some sort of twitter bird in it, or maybe be clever and think of another animal that looks 'twitterish'?

My only requirement is that your logo includes my company name: FollowTwitter (You may separate the words, but I'd rather they be together).

If possible, please provide a 100% scalable vector image so I can use this around my website.

instant87: I like the concept, however I don't like how the bird is covering some of the W? Maybe move it over slightly to the right? Also, did you create that bird? It looks really good, but I'm not sure it fits with the text. Just a few suggestions.

No, I did not create that bird. I found it off of google. The bird icon, however, is free to use by anyone. It was released by Smashing Magazine here:

I made the bird lighter on my logo to match the colors a bit more:

 

The shadow is very choppy and the text is really basic. I don't mean to offend, but I could do that - it's just text and the bird put together. I wanted some imagination, some originality. Sorry!

I'm afraid I don't like your entry, the logo is too tall! I don't get why everyone is using the same bird, try and think outside the box? No-one wants to be seen using the same logo. Also, your earth is very choppy and wouldn't resize. Sorry!

Scorpianagency: That logo is pretty awesome! I love how you've got the dog looking for the bird-tracks. Very clever indeed! I only have a few suggestions, the outline on the dog seems to stop on his lower back, is that fixable? Also, are you able to make the e slightly clearer?

MascotSun: I also like your logo a lot! However, I'm not liking the very bold stroke on the font. I don't know if the font will look bad without it, but maybe try some other fonts for the "Follow" (unless it looks fine without the stroke)? I love the grabbing of the bird with the hand - it's genious!

Huzi: I like the birds used with your logo, however I don't think three is necessary? Maybe focus on one big bird with some nicer text. The pink font and the balloon just doesn't work.

I'm really liking version two, are you able to make the arm a smaller angle? Say it's around 45 degrees now, can you make it 30 degrees or so? If you do that, I think the "w" will be easier to define. Unless scorpion edits his to my tastes, I think you're winning at the minute.

Also, are there any other fonts you could choose for "Follow"? The twitter part is perfect, I'm just wondering if there are better fonts for the "Follow", I like solid fonts, not the curvy ones .

Huzi: I don't know if you've realized, but you spelt Twitter "Tiwtter". Also the bird looks as if it's lost quality when you've resized it, I don't think it's what I'm looking for. Very sorry!
