$10 Header Contest

I need a header for http://www.cflorists.com/iarb/

The logo that looks like a flag w/ IARB in it needs to stay...and the phrases: ARE YOU A QUALIFIED PROFESSIONAL?
Get Your Company Listed, need to stay. You can move things around...but, I need that top section to look a bit better.

Insurance Agent Ratings Bureau to the header as well?

Sorry I didn't add that in the original.....I like everyone's work, and a winner will be chosen soon. The contest however has been extended because of the new change...The last time I will accept submissions will be 8pm tonight....I will review overnight and into tomorrow...and then select a winner sometime between tomorrow evening and Sunday 1/20/2008 at 8pm eastern standard time.

1. I have a couple of changes to your proposed banner....Please make the get listed and are you a qualified professional part smaller and set it into the uppper right hand corner, but still remaining a prominent feature.
2. I want to add "Rateyourinsuranceagent.com brought to you by IARB" in the center part of the banner.
2a. Our thinking was to make Rateyourinsurance agent.com large in the center of the banner and underneath in
smaller text add brought to you by IARB.
3. On the logo the name of our company is Insurance Agent Rating Bureau. (sorry about the confusion)
