I agree this after some tests.

With all mentioned methods you can boost up to about 200.000, but is it so great result and worth of all this action? I don't think so.

I will tell you what's best:
- HAVE IDEA,
- LEARN SOMETHING USEFUL THEN SHARE IT TO OTHERS,
- BUILD GREAT WEBSITE,
- BE ACTIVE AND BE NICE TO COMMUNITY,

And most important:

- LISTEN AND LEARN FROM PEOPLE WHO ALREADY SUCCEED WITH THEIR PROJECTS (think mystikmedia is one of them)

 

If just to increase alexa rank temporarily, it's better to pay money to do it. It's not expensive at all anyways. But to do it for free, I think it would require more effort and time.

 

You guys are making to much out of Alexa ranking. Nobody outside of webmaster use it.

What is the goal of unnaturally boosting your alexa rank with redirects?

I have read this post before somewhere else and some of your points are valid, but I still don't understand the alexa redirects.
