Contest $10 for image made from scratch

    I need to get a custom image made. It needs to be a billboard, something like the one on this site, http://www.torreyoutdoor.com/

    On the billboard I want it to say like "Advertise Here", than below the actual billboard it should say 5 Star. Also, the image should have a shadow on it.
