10$ for any one giving me idea to receive my paypal balance...

    I'm a PayPal user in a country of 'PayPal send only country' (I can't receive money)
    So I have an India PayPal account with a balance on it.
    (It hasn't verified)

    Now I wanted to get these money.

    I'm giving 10$ for any one who can give me a solution for this....

    this is strange as you can't withdraw without adding CC (verify). From Indian account you cant send the funds to other Paypal account.

    Well, you can withdraw this money without having Indian Bank account. But this can not be done for all Indians. Since you are from Sri Lanka that's why I am telling. Contact me. Add me to messenger. I'll give you perfect idea to withdraw the money from Sri Lanka.

    Here's FREE tip for you: use exchanger.

    Exchange your paypal money with something else like Alertpay or Moneybookers. When it's done, withdraw your money to your local bank. I'm sure Alertpay and Moneybookers accept Indian users.

    But can any one tell me reliable exchangers. How I can trust them..

    You cant send funds from your Indian Paypal account but you can refund to the payments you received so if you have contact with the sender of funds you can ask him for favor then refund them money and ask them to send you again in some other way. You can offer some % to your clients to do this.
