Ok, I did a flaming X for you, but it's a raster image (as opposed to vector). The two problems are:

1) Fire is very hard to do well in vector form... possible, but HARD.
2) At the size you want it, the fire will not really be visible.

With these issues in mind, I created a fire image at a large size so it can be scaled down, but of course if it's too small then it won't work. The other constraint is that the kind of fire I did only works on a black background. Can I ask why the logo needs to be so small? And also what background will it go on?
