I will do keyword research (with the Google search tool) to find 10 high Adwords comp, low SEO comp, high CPC (>$1) keywords in your selected niche category for $20. Criteria will be [exact match] under 20k local monthly searches, with a phrase/"in quotes" search result of under 110,000 for each keyword (sorry, no exact match domains).
