1- Keep It Simple.

Please note that you can take inspiration from different websites for example if your client said that you need logo on fish then just start searching keywords "fish logos" or "fish creative logo" just do not copy it.

Remember serifs and sans serifs are two different categories do not use both of them together and most recommended fonts are sans serif since they are good for printing. And one more thing never use more then two fonts at same time.

4- Follow Trends.
Take a look around on internet and you will find bunch of new ideas and suggestion or you can say a client new demands so make sure you follow it.

5- Overdone, Shadows etc.
This is again somewhat related to simplicity but for making it attractive and more business type make sure you done add much shadows or adding necessary elements on it.

Try to sketch some Ideas and then you can convert these into proper shapes and layouts. Keep remember this can also enhance your creativity.

7-Fonts placement.
The most important thing I guess because this will help you making your typography choice better. Clients love how we place a logo text so do focus on it.

8- Always Choose the Best.
Illustrator is monster application which can help you create a logo design. So, make sure you choose it since it can provide PSD and AI files which all clients demanded.

9- Never Copy Concept.
In order to avoid any legal charges you should make your own concept. This will help you in many ways.

10- Deliver on Time.
The last and most important make sure you deliver your logo in time so that it makes a good reputation among clients. This can also lead to more future clients just like videos get viral.
