$10 eBook Cover Contest - Multiple Winners

I am looking for a few eBook cover designs to use on a new site. I will require maybe 3-4 different designs so there will be multiple winners of this contest. There is no fixed end date, simply as soon as I have enough cover designs I like the contest will end.

Every winner will receive $10 each and it is possible for the same designer to win more than once so feel free to enter different designs if you wish.

The theme for the eBook is teeth whitening and should use ONE of the following titles:

Home Teeth Whitening Explained
The Truth About Teeth Whitening
How to Get Whiter Teeth WITHOUT Visiting a Dentist
A Dummies Guide to Teeth Whitening
All About Teeth Whitening Treatments

To clarify the design should be a 3D type design like this one:



However, it doesn't have to be a paperback template, it could be hardback, spiral bound or whatever as long as its the same kind of thing.

 

don't u think that 10 $ is a very small amount ???

 

and do you want an author's name ?? or a website ??

@ www.Andro.ws - The design doesnt really reflect teeth whitening for me, also I would prefer a book that is more upright if possible?
