Honestly the site looks like it was made in the 90's.

It's a fixed size (which can be a good thing) but it looks too crampt, content is all too close together.
It really needs some graphics to spice it up a bit.
A favicon would be a nice addition.
A logo is a must.
Good quality images is a must (not pixelated low quality ones like there are at the moment).
Justify the content sections text.
The coding is very poor, capitals, tables, I could make a list of things that are done wrong.
Property pages don't stick to the same layout as the site, they all look different, different navigation, etc. Which can be confusing.

I'm assuming your not using any kind of script on this to make the site? It's static pages?

Honestly, i'd just pay someone to re-design and re-code your site, it'd be worth it. I could for a price if you like.

For that $10, plus another $30, I will make you an entirely new site with a content management system that you can log into and everything

 

I like it , I like the simplicity with design
maybe iam tired of all fancy sites that makes your eyes spinning , your site is so simple and easy to read

 

How good are your eyes?

 

Thanks to twistedspikes and you others for the comments. You can see that I am new at this . It was done with xsitepro2. Back to the drawing board.

I'm so new at this I don't really understand the question - but I don't think I am running a script.

Is it a bunch of html files you uploaded as the pages? Or is it using some sort of template file?
