$10 Easy Header Contest

    I have 3 images at the following links:

    I need them remade completely into something custom.
    It needs to be crime-based as the script I will be giving away is a crime text-rpg.
    I need the images in 2 separate images just as shown above, with the exact same width/length.
    The third image is the small vertical length that repeats in the background, this is also necessary with whatever color scheme you choose(would prefer black/orange as it is now)

    Well, I'm not really a fan of strippers on my business things, so that would have to go. I'm planning on using this to brand my new open-source script(something like simplemachines does with smf). The color scheme is dead on, but the caution tape, gun logo, strippers, etc are just not what I am looking for.

    Also, this contest has been upped to $25.
