I remember somebody around here was offering multiple domains hosting / SEO hosting, multipel domains on multiple class C IP's and was indeed a great offer.
I personally have a dedicated server and manage everything myself. I recently purchased 8 new IP addresses for a low cost. Are you looking for shared hosting or dedicated?
www.sprintserve.net has a reseller service that will split you reseller account over 10 class c blocks. Unless they're different C blocks, Google doesn't care if they're different. My server includes 10 ip's, but unfortunately for me they're on the same C block. That's not all bad though, it at least lets me isolate services (mail & stats) from sites.
When I purchased additional IP addresses, fortunately they were on a different C Class of IPs so I can use them for SEO.
