10$ Cpanel VPS external license?

    There are loads of good offers for that kind of thing.
    A dedi server license is 30-40 bucks. Depending on where you need hosting, and if you already have a VPS, you could find a license/VPS through www.webhostingtalk.com offers or www.cheapvps.co.uk with either cPanel, DirectAdmin or LxAdmin for that kind of money.

    External license is verry expensive , and you never got that under : $30 / month
