Buying $10 cookie not setting in IE but chrome and FF is fine

    $10 to anyone who can tell me why my cookie is being set in Firefox and Chrome, as well as being retrieved, but not doing a thing in Internet Explorer.

    If you've encountered something like this and can tell me why, $10 dollars quick to paypal.
