    It's running a licensed script. I would confirm that you don't need the license to buy it. Maybe the seller can comment for clarification. My own interest in this is that I have paid the full price for the script.

    That is a licensed script.. it's BANS (Build A Niche Store), and the seller is going to have to relinquish his license when he or she sells or be in violation of the TOS. Just buy your own script for $97 and make all the BANS sites you want!
