colors are the same so black blue

then space for:

name and last name
web site url
phone number
email

Here is my entry. I believe you are in need of a quality design that is to be printed. The entry below is properly sized to your specifications, sized at 85 mm x 55mm [only the card]. If I win you will receive the complete PSD file of the card not on the canvas and almost any other format.

 

My design is also to your specifications and you can also receive a copy of the design in any format - including PSD.
Any changes can be made, I look forward to hearing your feedback.



Edit- Just had a go at creating a canvas for it, like everyone else :L
(The PSD will not include the canvas obviously)
