I might add another one joint venturing or strategic partnering. A website owner maybe getting a ton of traffic but is missing out on opportunities to monetize their site even more. If you can show them ways to make money by including your product or services on their website you'll get a ton of free traffic at zero cost. Now that's how you smartly use leverage to your advantage!
