$10 Basis Layout / Logo Contest

    I am looking for a relatively basic header and logo design. I have created a very very rough (I am no designer!) example:

    Here are some competitors which I like:

    dyndns.com - I really like the logo with the icon and I am trying to emulate the header with the narrow top portion leading to the three links. Instead of three links my version is a larger box which will have a login form.

    worldwidedns.net - I like the navigation that they have on the left, but I would prefer my box to be on the right side underneath the login box.

    cloudfloordns.com - Just like the logo, simple and effective with a basic icon.

    Guidelines

    - The colors are not set, please feel free to get creative if you think something looks nicer.
    - The logo text must say "BackedUpDNS.com" in exactly that format.
    - The finished design must be supplied in both PNG and JPG format. I do not have Photoshop and instead use Fireworks so cannot open all photoshop formats, especially designs with gradients. I will want to confirm that I am able to open and slice the final design before I make payment.
    - Winner gets $10 via PayPal. Please do not enter if you cannot accept PayPal.
