$10 banner - interesting piece of work

Hi,

I have site:

www.mytroutfishingtips.com

On the top right you will see a google adsense block.

I want to replace this with a banner advertising my forum. The user will click this and be taken to the site forum.

So text like:

join our forum

or

jump to our forum

would be good. Use your own judgement on what you think will grab peoples attention!

You have to design a banner to fit in that space (I think it's 200*200, please check).

You could do an image, animated image - or even better something in flash.

Please make it fit in with the rest of the site - colour and feel etc.
