I bought the product first, figured out what it's about and then googled for more information on the subject (you can usually find information on every niche on Ezine). And I do not (or cannot) give away all the info... For instance, if I were promoting an acne product, I would say what causes acne, what cures might work, which ones are useless and maybe a whole bunch of other things. As for the landing page I am using this template (click on Live Demo for the detailed version). I've only removed the initial ads and everything related to a blog - categories, archive, blogroll, even live traffic feed. Instead, I've created a "Read more" section in the sidebar, with links to other sections of the website, and also put a nice picture related to the niche. As for the writing, I use the default font, short paragraphs (2-3 sentences) and also bold a few things that are more important. I allow no comments, no posting date is provided, nothing that reminds of a blog. That's pretty much it PS: With no other articles published (I only got those 10), I'm having a great week! 5 sales in the last 4 days and a total of $260
That's sweet , I do pretty much the same thing although I must admit I didn't realize that there were templates that you could use for blogger as well so thanks for the tip and for the link!
No prob Article marketing seems to get better and better by day! About a week ago I chose another Clickbank product to promote, created a landing page with Blogger and wrote about 15 articles and submitted them to Ezine. A few hours ago I got my first article in this niche published and also a few visitors. So far, out of 3 people that have clicked through my hoplink, one decided to buy, offering me a $30 commission. Oh, and another tip you might find useful: when linking to a sales page, don't give away the whole name of the product. Some people simply do not like to click affiliate links, so they usually use Google to get to the sales page. But if you don't tell them the name of the product, they kinda have to click through your hoplink if they are interested, giving you the commission you deserve The 4th of February was my first $50+ day ($57.10 actually) Total: 11 articles, 35 days and $315
Yes, you are right to some extent,I had similar experience with make money online products. I had gone through your whole post and find you are going strong day by day. Best luck!
You're doing pretty damn well bro. How are your blogger pages doing in the search engines, are they getting much organic traffic or is it mostly just form ezinearticles? Thanks for the inspiring post mate.
Ok, I see your point about landing pages. I have tried linking directly to a high gravity low cost affiliate but 54 hops and no sales.
54 hops and no sales is not a reason to despair (most affiliates have a conversion rate of about 1 in 100), but driving your visitors through a presell page is a good way to increase that. Just wait for that first sale, it's magical Take care and good luck!
Yes, a good landing page can increase the conversion rate. Three are two types of that landing page, the first is a personal recommendation and the second is a three products reviews. Try to make one of those types.
