    1099-MISCs are for publishers from the USA who made over $600 with YPN.

    I've already got my Google and Azoogle 1099s, so I would expect Yahoo to come this week in the mail. They are required by law to mail them out no later then January 31, which is Thursday.

    You got yours from Yahoo already?

    I know they will post a message about it being avail just cant remember how long it took to get from them last year. anyone remember if we were able to print them out online?

    I have yet to receive my 1099 for 2007 from YPN. Tmw is the 31st. Not sure what to do now..

    You might be able to view it online but I believe they are also required to send you a hard copy.

    yes it is $500 or more and they have until tomorrow 1-31 to send them out. it may actually take a few days to get. I dont even see anything in my account saying mine has been mailed so I have no idea if it has been or not.
    last year they posted a message saying its been mailed.

    What happens if the company doesn't send it out till lets say Feb. 3rd? You still have to pay it don't you?

    Companies are required by US Law to send them out by the 31st. Yahoo is a big company. Their stock may be plummeting, but they should follow the law.

    I haven't got mine yet either.

    I'm also waiting for Adbrite and VCM.

    Mine from yahoo came last year on Feb 9, I took all my forms. w2's and multiple 1099's to my local tax preparer on April 5 --- everything was fine :)

    oh yea, except for the 3k I owed LOL for the federal taxes - That's when I was told, now listen to this, if you live here in PA anyway, not sure if it's the same accross the usa, I NEED TO SAVE 30% OF EVERY DOLLAR MADE ONLINE FOR TAXES - oh yes, also I learned to save every receipt, from buying printer ink, to paying for domain hosting, renewals, etc........ it all can lower your payment.

    Let me tell ya, 3k hurts a little....... when you got to pay it :cool:

    So did mine it was like 10-99 day for me. I got 3 others today too.
