Hello, I run a website that has a constant 3,000 unique visits/mo and continues to grow. I'm running adsense and make about $1-2/day depending on if someone clicks or not. I'm looking for some other ways to increase this revenue but I'm completely lost. Is 3,000 people not enough for people pay for advertising? If not what is the ideal range of visitors that advertisers are looking for? Are there other programs similar to adsense that I could use? I appreciate any feed back.

Have you tried using your website to do affiliate marketing? If you don't know much about it then just do a search. There's lots of free info available.

Change the position of the ads or try to target different keywords. That might increase your income.

With a high volumne of traffic like that, you should REALLY consider finding products in your niche to advertise on your site, you can go to clickbank, paydotcom, and commission junction to find products in your niche and they will give you an affiliate link to post on your website/pages.

May I ask you have 3,000 unique visitors per day or per month? I noticed that you mentioned
With 3,000 unique visits/month, $1-2 per day is not too low, also it depends on your keywords.

Can't really say for sure without seeing your site first, but just know that only around 1% of a site's visitors click on ads. ... If that many.

    There's the problem, right there.

Increase your traffic, along with creating pages and or sites that have subjects that match ads that get a higher $ for each click.

Concentate on subjects on medical, insurance, attorneys....

Many advertisers in these areas pay a lot for each click.

    That's it, in a nutshell.

I agree with this one. For 100 visitors/day, $1-$2 is quite good. If you have already on top of particular keyword, find another related keywords to get some traffic from long tail keywords.

Where is your traffic coming from? Quality of traffic can either increase or kill the flow of your adsense earnings.

selling banners spots directly to other webmasters will be the most profitable now for you, when you will get more traffic you can think about joining to other programs

Absolutely. Seems obvious to me. If he's getting 3,000 unique visitors per day I would think he could make a killing in the Aff Marketing world. If just 10% of visitors clicked through that's 300 clicks a day to the aff links. 9,000 clicks a month. maybe at least 50 sales! Lol, awesome! I wish I had a site like that!

It all depends on two things - the site and the traffic. If his site is perfect but he is getting traffic from a traffic exchange he would still do bad. Or visa versa. We need more information to figure it out. Give us the site url, and the ways you get traffic. Then we can help better!

3000 is a good traffic daily but don't expect to earn from their clicks on your advertisements. Look for some other strategies on how you can make money through them. Don't stick to adsense, it will not give you success nowadays! :)

Agree with Sticky Nebula. Selling banner spots is a good way to make money, and also the way I am trying to do. Check the link on my signature.
