I can give $10 to the winner of the contest, the contest ends March 14, and I wont' give out a reward if it's not that good.

A LOT better, but can you change the top and bottom part slightly more to match my theme? and change MoneyBack to Moneyback (looks a bit more pro )
Also, can you show me a version without the white space, and another with it.

If you can go with the design I made please let me know otherwise I am off from this contest.

 

It's great, but I just need 3 small changes .. Without the space, changing MoneyBack to Moneyback, and adding a thin dropshadow on the logo name, like you have on the other part.
However, if you can give me the PSD too, then I'll just take that without any changes.
