    I have changed the keywords and also changed image ads to text and images ads and now its paying little higher :)
    I don't think the software niche is low payed. All my site is need more traffic from US, UK, AU etc.

    yeah, traffic from asia is low paying but its good for gain alexa ranking. I have to wait another 2-3 months for quality traffic to come to my site.
