Because I don't credit / pay their account unless the view it for the full 20 seconds. Also the advertiser doesn't lose a credit for a view under 20 seconds so they'd get a further view.

Around 14 days at the moment but that will decrease the more it grows.

It's mostly US / CAN / UK / AU traffic with some from china , spanish speaking countries and finally other countries.
