    Where are the visits coming from? US?
    How long do they stay if at all?

    min visit is 20 second.
    As with adsense I don't have an issue it appears because in no way is clicking ads promoted apart from the users to visit the site only.

    Yes you will see the stats daily on your stats program.

    They are international including US visitors.

    No reviews by the way. I'm already undercutting myself to offer low pricing to you so my visitors have pages to look at.
