10,000 Uniques - The best way to earn?

Hello all,

I've bought a site that has a steady 10,000 uniques a month, mostly organic traffic through google.

It's currently earning around $100.00 a month through adsense.

Is there anything i could ad on, or change to make it earn more?

Well, try to diversify. From your post, I learn that you are only earning with Adsense.

You can try PPP(Pay per post) or text link ads. Maybe they might earn you more than Adsense!

 

It depends on many things. I also have a site that has about 18.000 visitors per month and I don't manage to monetize it properly even if I do have another site that has about 9000 uniques and makes about $350 per month and even more sometimes.

 

You could try re-locating the adsense to different sections of the site and see what works best, you might get more clicks if the ads are better placed in more visible areas.

 

try other affiliate programs along with adsense.

10k uniques is just a start and you will need much more traffic to earn more. To increase traffic either promote the site or add more content.

the site is poultrypages.com for anyone thats interested in giving feedback.

 

10k uniques a month is approx 300 uniques a day - 100$ = 25$ a week, 3.5$ a day not bad at all and your ad placements are good.

 

Not really sure what else you could do, looking at the site now I see it is pretty well optimized.

 

I would suggest you to use other type of ads network such as zango to monetize it
