10.000 uniques and $3400, where do I sit on the the Adsense ladder?

I have worked hard on my site over the last 12 months and I would like to figure out where I am on the Adsense ladder. How many people here are earning more than me and how many earn less?

 

Is that correct - you only had 10k unique visitors and managed to make $3400? If that's the case that's very good - almost too good to be true.

 

Sorry had to be more specific - I have 10k uniques a day with 60k pageviews. So I'm not too impressed with my eCPM

 

That's more like it! I was beginning to think you had a 200% CTR or something! Well, that's certainly a great monthly income - I can't beat it.

 

That's pretty good profit. Do you have to pay for any of your traffic?

 

you are doing slightly better than my Adsense earnings.. I do almost exactly 10k uniques per day, 40,000 - 50,000 pv's a day and usually earn slightly less that where you're at.
Now add another 25%-30% to you're earnings by trying Kontera..

It's not much t be honst. About $10 for hosting and that's it

 

Thats great actually, I get 11k visits a day and 90k page views but I make $300 per month. lol

 

i think he meant, are you paying for any kind of advertising to bring in that traffic.

 

I find it kinda hard for a $10 hosting to be able to handle 10k uniques.

Something is wrong with your calculation.

10k uniques usually means 35k non uniques and 60k pageviews is too low for 35k non uniques.

Should be more like 100k pageviews.

But anyways, it would be very hard for a $10.00 hosting plan to handle that load.

Ur hosting company would be up your ladder telling u to move out.

 

not sure if I understand your calculations with non uniques and page views. However I do pay $10 a month and an extra $20 a year for load balancing. To be honest I am amased they have not charged me more as my monthly download volume is around 100Gig. Anyway I don't wont to advertise hosting providers here, but if you want to know more send me a pm and I'll give you the details

 

Well a unique visitor is someone who hasn't visited your site in a 30 day period.

You visit Digital Point Forums today, your a unique visitor.

For the next 29 days, for as many times as you come back, you're not a unique, but a returning visitor.

Obviously your gonna view some pages when you come back too.

With traffic like that, you could make alot more by just selling ads on your site without having to worry bout adsense.

 

Less of course. But I doubt about your conversion rate.
