I bought this traffic a week ago and from all my checking it did not appear to be human traffic. The page views and other stats gave the impression that it was a robot. Also none of this info showed up in google as well.

I think the seller needs to be upfront about what he is selling. Not cool to sell newbies stuff that you know will not help them.
