You can choose a category within the Adult range, such as movies etc.. and the targeted means you can select the country from which your traffic comes.. i.e. if you only want US traffic select US targeted.

 

Can you provide a list of categories/sub-categories available?

Hi there 10k is 20$ if it is global targeted. If your tracker says 2-4k u/v, but we have recorded 10k, I would forward you the IP log that shows the 10,000 different IPs that have viewed your page. All of our customers are satisfied though you will be too.
