$10,000 marketing budget - cell phone site - ideas?

    So i got a design made (3k) and got people to post on it (2.5k)
    now i have an extra 10k on my credit card that i have for marketing
    nice : cell phone news/reviews blog


    so what are your ideas for me to market a cell phone blog
    think of it as yours and how you would spend 10k to market something

    i have a list but im sleeping on it for now but id like to see what ya'll think

    It`s a considerable budget so focus on online and some offline methods that are targeted towards the cell/mobile niche.
