His story was posted on Digg twice and both times made it to the front page. Wonder why Digg keeps taking it down...copyright infringement maybe?
It was technically illegal content, that's probably why Digg keeps removing it. Still, in that time about 167,000 pages were indexed in Google with the same info. Not much you can do about that.

I doubt if this is valid diggs, I suspect that someone might have played around with some hack in getting diggs - or, as mentioned before perhaps a digg glitch.
If the hash is valid then Digg probably removed it because they don't want to be known as the site that spread the way to break copy protection on the new DVDs. Think about it, it would possibly open Digg to a lawsuit from several big companies. The Digg owners probably got scared and killed the post.
