If you don't get 10,000 clicks in one month, your ad will stay up until you reach 10,000. Your ad should be targeted towards teens and arcade users. Another arcade site is probably best. If you don't have a 100x100 ad, I can supply a few good ones (which I would actually prefer unless you have a nice ad since I know it will perform well) I will only sell 2 spots.
