This contest is for a Playstation 3 Header. The header design is totally up to you, I just ask that you the header fit within the niche.

Size:985px by 228px
Main Colors: Black, Grey, White etc. (Look to the PS3 for inspiration) (Maybe include a slim ps3)

Sub Text: Current News Regarding the playstation 3

Playstation 3 Header Contest Overall Feedback

General -
In case some of you have never been in a contest of mine I prefer headers that are of high quality and show effort. I like gradients and nice clean fonts. With that being said I'll move on to individual feedback.

bakerbaker feedback
Overall not a bad fist attempt, but I'm going need for the "Playstation 3 news" text to look "Crisper" it looks very jagy. Also the multicolored background aurora thing, It would probably look better if it was red. Also the "Current news... etc" is very plain.

misterbadz feedback
First, it's the wrong size. Second I don't like the font or the red color you've chosen. And the background is too simple. Nice try though.

Kavalorn Feedback
I don't like the mirored text effect, also the font and words look jagy. Also the ps3 should be higher in the forground. As it is now it looks like it's a part of the background. Also try incorporating some color.

Overall it's one of the best so far. I'd try to find some higher quality ps3 images if Iwere you. Yours look a little compressed to me. Also I'd try making the next pop out a little more. All of the header sort of blends together for me. Try some colors or something that makes it pop!

Your entry is disqualified. You stole that image, you have no right to use it. And you didn't even do a good job blending it with your header to boot.

Don't really like any of them inparticular. Interesting concept's just not what I'm looking for.

Best entry so far hands down. I'd replace those dragon thingies with something else. I don't know what game they are from . Also the Phat Ps3 you've got in the header looks of low quality, see if you can find a better image.

And if you could make a red version I'd love to see how that would look.
