$10.00 header remake

http://www.realtytocell.com/index.html I need a new header similiar to the one on this site size has to be the same and the sign must be included, the problem is the house image is stretched and looks very unprofessional so it has to be replaced with a better one and the green area and white text needs to be changed to fit the color scheme of the existing site.
Also the wording of the text will be changed to read : Imagine being able to get your home sale message and photos instantly in the hands of every potential buyer that sees your property

ohhhh so close make the sign look more like the property is for sale add the sign stake, but the clear out door look is wonderful.

sign and home are an absolute winner, but the green holder with the text is not really working with the rest of the site color scheme, maybe something closer to the home image
