Contest $10.00 contest for two very simple images

I need an image to use as a location marker on google maps. I thought of using crosshairs but it seems hard to pinpoint a location so I'm going to leave it up to the designers to come up with somthing unique.

The final image size needs to be 25x25 and in png format along with the psd source file.

The winner will be payed via PayPal

could I see it with a larger green dot and maybe slightly thicker lines? I'm afraid the user won't see it agianst a google map image

These look two large. Ideally it would be great to have some space around the green dot.

Looks better but the green dot doesn't look round. Like I said it needs to be very accurate because it will be used to calculate distances.

looks better but the dot still doesn't look perfectly centered. I hate to be a pint but this could potentially through a measurement off if it's like this.
