    Hi, I have a health niche website (about resveratrol ) that I would like to sell, so here are the info:

    Age: Almost 8 months

    Pagerank: PR2

    Unique visitors per day: 30-35 on the average, some days even more than 50

    USA ranking positions for keywords: resveratrol supplements - #5, resveratrol benefits - #9, resveratrol side effects - #5, best resveratrol - #11, best resveratrol supplement(s) - #3, resveratrol ultima - #4, and many other Google page 1-2 rankings. For Google UK, CA and AUS the site ranks about the same and even better for the same keywords in most cases.

    I have not made any product sales yet, so the site would need some more on-page editing or nicer looking premium Wordpress theme, etc. The content itself is unique, and the website successfully survived all recent Google algorithm changes. There is a great potential to develop this website into a money-generating tool, but it will take some more effort and money, which I can't afford right now. Actually, my hosting account is expiring soon and I can't renew it to keep this site.

    I just put an Adsense code to check how that would work. I guess there would be some income from that.

    Since I really invested money to rank this site, my price would be $250 just to cover part of the costs I had.
