If paulino007 written on his TOS exactly as seagate said, he must refund. Just do it and keep paulino007's service better now.

This thread has gotten extremely out of hand. Paulino007, he had his reseller before he was employed by me. He requested the refund before he was a employee. Don't try and use my company as a safe haven execuse for your issues.

I have read over the logs of his contacts with the real hosting owner and site you are reffering people to, is owned and operated in the US under someone elses name.

Just a news flash, I have been dealing with paypal for 4 years now, my account was limited when I upgraded to business to send in my LLC. papers and what not. I still had the ability to give refunds. Also, if it wont let you, call paypal and they will do it for you. You can even submit your information required by Paypal to get off the limitation, unless you are using there services for illegal purposes or under illegal circumstances. Which that is what its seeming like.

Just one more thing, if you have a single negative feedback on your account, so what. Buyers and Sellers here and even with Ebay dont care to much about 1 or 2 negative feedbacks. EVERY company runs into these issues with some customers, I guarentee you the DigitalPoint does as well himself. Its the nature of business. Its not the fact that you have it, but how you resolve it and how you act around the situation. In your case, your failing wonderlessly.

Puttin in a request for a moderator to close this thread pending further investigation as my company's name is now popping up.
