    Website is nearly one year old and is indexed for at least 7-8 months. It won't get sandboxed if you start building backlinks to it. Has some ezinearticle backlinks. Domain registered at mad dog domains (easy push to another member). Built on wordpress. 15 pieces of unique content (worth at least $45 by themselves conservatively). Real, brandable domain. Assume no traffic. Ready for monetization

    Will help with move if needed.
