Buying 1 Year old website with some traffic and links

    I am willing to buy a website which is
    1> 1 year old
    2> Need atleast 10 pages on the website.
    3> some back links for the website
    4> few daily visitors.
    5> Domain should not be Banned from Google Adsense.

    I need this website to Apply and get an Adsense account.

    I have my websites but not 6 months old so need some website which will get my Adsense Approved.

    I am not much bothered about Traffic ... but need the lease price.

    Also if any one will give their website to me for only getting Adsense account. Once the account is approved you keep the website + i will pay $10
