    For sale is a 1 year old established travel niche site - travel to miami

    The site contains 10 unique articles that deal with information on travelling to miami. The site has not been maintained. Not even adsense installed until now. So it's like a brand new site with authority. With 10 articles and only $26 BIN it is a steal.
